Heartwarming, sweet and beautiful, Teresa Teng's angelic voice has touched the hearts of many people across the globe. Conducted by Mr Quek Ling Kiong, let Ding Yi Music Company bring back her unforgettable melodies with local singer Tallin, known as "Little Teresa Teng" and virtual choir Voices of Singapore, as we pay homage to her classics through Chinese chamber music, and present this renowned songstress in 'real life' to you and your loved ones!

To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all our audiences, Silver Arts 2021 will be adhering closely to national guidelines and will put in place the following the safe management measures closely at our festival.
Fully vaccinated individuals who have completed your vaccination regimes at least 14 days before the date of the performance are exempted from Pre-Event Testing (PET). Please have your TraceTogether app or token available to verify your vaccination status at the venue.
Unvaccinated individuals must
i) provide proof of a negative result on a Pre-Event test taken within 24 hours of the end of the performance you are watching or;
ii) undergo a complimentary PET at the venue provided by the National Arts Council.
Individuals who have recently recovered from COVID-19 must present a valid PET Exemption Notice at the door; or have completed at least one dose of Pfizer-BioNTech/ Comirnatry or Moderna after being diagnosed to be infected with COVID-19, with an additional two weeks for the vaccine to be fully effective.
Children aged 12 years and below not eligible for vaccines currently under the National Vaccination Programme are exempted from PET (subject to an overall attendance cap of 20% of attendees).
