Don Moen Live - ''Deeper in Love'' ...
Ask Don Moen what he does, and the answer might surprise you. He won't say he's a songwriter even though he's written more than 100 songs. He won't say he's a worship leader even though he's led worship on every continent but Antarctica and recorded numerous albums. He won't say he's a businessman or producer even though he has produced and directed hundreds of successful projects. If you ask Don Moen why God put him on this planet, he'll tell you, "To be an architect who designs products and events that help people experience God's presence in a new and fresh way." And in more than three decades of ministry, he's had lots of opportunity to fulfill that purpose. His discography reflects his passion to create resources for the church that lead people into an honest and intimate relationship with the Lord. In 2002, his peers recognized that lifelong commitment and presented him with the Ray DeVries Church Ministry Award. Don has also received a Dove Award for his work on the musical "God With Us" and has received multiple Dove Award nominations for his songs, CDs and choral resources. In addition to his writing and recording, Don makes time to tour domestically and abroad and has performed with artists such as Chris Tomlin, Twila Paris, Sara Groves and Paul Baloche to name a few. He also has served as worship leader for past National Day of Prayer events and as a music industry spokesperson, having been featured on Fox News, NPR and in USA Today. Don is as popular overseas as he is at home in the U.S. His travels for concerts and seminars have taken him to Ghana, South Africa, Singapore, the Philippines, South Korea, Brazil, Canada, Australia, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, Guatemala, Honduras, and elsewhere. Today, Don is President of Don Moen Productions in Nashville, Tennessee, where he resides with his wife Laura and five children.

Known for its excellent mix of progressive metal stylings with heartfelt vocals and thought-provoking lyrics, the album was also voted as Loudwire's Metal Madness award for best metal album of all time in 2013.The band embarked on the first leg of the "Images, Words & Beyond 25th Anniversary Tour" by kicking things off with two sold-out nights at Rome, Italy's Auditorium Parco Della Musica."Combining old classics with new cuts, Dream Theater demonstrates why they've managed to stick around all these years." - Pop MattersDream Theater's three decades of continually redefining the parameters of hard rock and progressive heavy metal, overcoming obstacles, surpassing critical expectations, and resisting the incessant winds of industry uncertainty. Staying an exciting course in a sea littered with also-rans, pretenders, and opportunists, Dream Theater's body of work endures with singular triumph.Originally named Majesty by Berklee College of Music students Petrucci, bassist John Myung, and drummer Mike Portnoy, the band soon expanded with the addition of keyboard player Kevin Moore and vocalist Chris Collins. Releasing an eigh--tune demo, Majesty Demo, as Majesty, the group sold 1,000 copies within six months. The departure of Collins in late 1986 left Majesty without a vocalist, and after a long period of auditioning possible replacements, the group settled on Charlie Dominici in November 1987. Changing its name, the group agreed on "Dream Theater," inspired by a now-demolished California movie theater.Following a couple of changes over the years, Dream Theater's current lineup includes John Petrucci on guitar, John Myung on bass, James LaBrie on vocals, Jordan Rudess on keyboards and continuum and Mike Mangini on drums. Dream Theater released their latest studio album, The Astonishing in January 2016 to generally favourable reviews and debuted in the top ten of nine countries and became the first Dream Theater album to reach number one on the US Billboard Rock Chart."Prog-metal heroes go all the way on an epic rock opera with The Astonishing" - Rolling Stones

“Through the tiny wind instrument, Vijayagopal created the scent of rain, the fragrance of flowers and the rippling of water in the pond” – The HinduB Vijayagopal, a rising star in the carnatic music scene, is one of the few artists who straddles the world of classical and film music. He is also a regular sessionist for many Indian music directors, namely AR Rahman, Harris Jayaraj and GV Prakash. Accompanied by Trivandrum Sampath on the violin, R Sankaranarayanan on the mridangam and Trichy Krishna on the ghatam, Vijay presents an evening of carnatic music, performing compositions written and popularised by legendary flautist N Ramani. Together, these musicians represent the next generation of artists who are making a name for themselves in the Carnatic music scene.About VijayagopalB Vijayagopal started learning the flute at the age of four after displaying talent in music by being able to sing ragas in any given scale and swaraprastharas in various talas for any composition he heard. His talent was propitiously nurtured by his family, and his early tutelage started at home from his aunt Smt GK Rajeshwari, a presidential award-winning vocalist, and grandfather Sri GV Krishnamoorthy.Vijay gave his first flute recital at the age of six. He was at first trained in flute by Smt TR Navaneetham for seven years. He later continued learning from Sri TS Sankaran and thereafter from Sri KV Ramanujam. It was his great fortune that he came under the guidance of Padma Vibushan Sri Umayalpuram Sivaraman in 2002 and was blessed with the opportunity of being accompanied by the legend in over 50 concerts.Having begun his initial training in vocal music, Vijayagopal remains true to the gayaki style of carnatic music and brings about an authentic vocalised style of flute playing. An accomplished singer, he seamlessly blends the intricacies of both vocal and instrumental patterns in flute playing. His special finger and transposition techniques allow him to explore a range above and below the two and half octaves a normal flute permits.Vijayagopal is an A-grade artiste of All India Radio, Chennai, and an impaneled artist on the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR). Apart from being a musician, he also excels in academics. Vijay is a doctor, a post-graduate university topper and a gold medallist in the field of orthodontics from SRM university (ranked among top ten Indian dental colleges).
