Filmed entirely on location at the iconic Raffles Hotel Singapore with 360-degrees virtual reality (VR) cameras, audiences will be able to explore the hotel’s historic grounds and venture through its illustrious halls, all the while piecing clues together, and deciding how the story unfolds.
With an intriguing plot filled with unexpected twists and turns, audiences are given full control on how the story unfolds through an interactive map and choose-your-own-adventure mechanics built into the virtual experience.

A: The Curious Case of the Missing Peranakan Treasure is all of these and more! The show is a first of its kind virtual theatrical experience with immersive 360-degrees views, surround sound, choice-based functions, and an intriguing plot filled with unexpected twists and turns.
Q: What is the procedure after I purchase a ticket?
A: After purchasing tickets, you will receive a confirmation email containing your e-ticket from SISTIC.
Click on the "Download E-ticket Here" button and click on the "Click here to Join" button of the e-ticket.
You will be taken to a unique login ID page. Fill in the details to verify your ticket and you will be taken to a web browser to enjoy the show.
Do note that this is a unique link and it can only be accessed once during the Preview period or Standard Show period, depending on your ticket purchase.
As you will not be able to pause the show and it runs for approx. 90 minutes, please only log in when you are ready to watch.
Q: Will I be able to access the gameplay experience on multiple devices?
A: The link can only be used on one device and it can only be accessed once.
Q: What do I need to prepare for the gameplay?
A: This experience is optimized for desktop viewing. We highly recommend to watch the show on a desktop for the full 360 degrees gameplay experience. You may also choose to Chromecast the experience on your Smart TV.
Please make sure you are connected to a stable LAN internet connection and close all background programme apps for a smoother and faster load time.

Q: I've purchased more than 1 ticket. How can I send the rest to my friends?
A: You would receive a confirmation email with the e-tickets from SISTIC. In that email, a detailed step by step guide explains how you can share tickets. 1. Download the e-ticket from the email confirmation.
2. Click on "Click here to Join".
3. You will be taken to a site to verify your tickets. Copy the unique login ID and share it with your friends.
4. Upon verification, they will be taken to the gameplay site.

Q: What happens if I get logged out during the gameplay?
A: If you get disconnected, you can try refreshing the page.
Unfortunately, if your computer crashes and you reboot, you would not be able to enter back into the experience as your ticket will be deemed as "expired". You will need to reach out to SISTIC (details below) during operating hours for them to assess the situation and verify your ticket. Upon verification, SISTIC may re-issue another ticket for another date to you.
