For security purposes, the link to the Conference website (to watch the streamed sessions) will be sent to each registrant’s email. You will have to log in using your Full Name & Email Address to access the site. Thus, each registered email account can only purchase 1 ticket.
2) Can I transfer my ticket to someone else in the event of unforeseen circumstances?
We will not be able to change registrants’ particulars after registration. However, you may consider sharing your Login details (i.e. Full Name & Email Address) with a trusted individual who will attend this virtual Conference in your place.
3) Do I need to have a ZOOM account to participate in the Q&A segments of the Workshops?
No, you do not need to have a personal ZOOM account. The Workshops on Day 1 will each include a live Q&A segment conducted over ZOOM. Registrants will be able to join in the Q&A via an invitation ZOOM link on the Conference website. This will also be the case for the ZOOM Webinar on Day 2. However, if you intend to watch this virtual Conference on a mobile or tablet device, we highly recommend that you download the ZOOM app to your device before the start of the Conference.
4) Will there be any translation into other languages?
There will be Mandarin subtitles for the Main Sessions and Workshops, but not the live Q&A segments (conducted over ZOOM) and the ZOOM Webinar on Day 2.
5) What if I miss viewing a particular session at its scheduled time?
No worries. For all registrants, the videos of all the sessions will be available on the Conference website from the next day as video-on-demand for playback anytime over the next two months.
