PheNoumenon by T.H.E Dance Company

PheNoumenon is the latest creation by founding artistic director of T.H.E Dance Company Kuik Swee Boon, this time examining the relationship between Man and the natural phenomenon that surrounds him. The splitting of a free spirit from hegemonic thinking. Habits, cultures and systems that hide under the illusory cover of a prosperous modern society.  Looking around, what else can we learn from the political, technological and climate chaos that envelops our world?

If you liked T.H.E's da:ns festival commission “Invisible Habitudes” in 2018 and have been closely watching its successful month-long tour in Europe, then you must not miss “PheNoumenon”, T.H.E’s highly anticipated finale show for 2019!

The creative team includes Singaporean lighting designer Adrian and costume designer An Ni Loo, Malaysian sound artist Kent Lee, in collaboration with six extraordinary dancers from T.H.E Dance Company.
