For Allie X, every project is a full-blown artistic production. The Canadian singer-songwriter has cultivated a brand of indie pop she describes as “detuned dream pop” or even, as Sasha Velour once said, “gaudy North American goth pop,” and she accompanies her ever-evolving sound with the requisite avant-garde visual elements. As a result, the artist has cultivated a portfolio that establishes her as so much more than a musician, but a true multifaceted creative.

The synth-pop maven is currently on tour, opening for both Marina and Charli XCX as well as headlining in Asia. She has also just finished an opening stint for Hayley Kiyoko’s tour. As one of the biggest LGBTQ allies in the music industry, Allie X has featured drag stars Violet Chachki and Biblegirl in her music videos and has co-writes on several of Troye SIvan’s songs -- including his recent buzz track, “The Good Side.”

Drawing comparisons to Chvrches, Ellie Goulding, and pre-Silent Shout Knife with her airy yet edgy electro-pop, Allie X made her debut in early 2014 with a pair of attention-grabbing singles, "Catch" and "Prime." Her single “Catch” rose to prominence after pop singer Katy Perry referred to it as her "spring jam" on social media.

The sun is rising on a new era of music from Allie X. She recently unveiled the music video for her tracks ‘Fresh Laundry,’ and ‘Rings A Bell’ giving fans a first look at the follow-up to her breakout 2018 project ‘Super Sunset’. Her new work was created within the span of a few, whirlwind weeks a literal world away from the hook-driven writing rooms of Los Angeles. ‘Fresh Laundry’ unfurled into a gaudily melancholic, whimsical encapsulation of the surreal world Allie always dreamed of belonging to.

"If this isn't the boldest, most oddly beautiful unveiling in recent pop history, I have no idea what is." - Paper

I feel blessed to promote new female artists like Allie X who are bold - liberating young women all over the world through music and fashion.” - Lauretta Alabons, LAMC Productions Co-founder
