How do I create a new account?

If you are a new patron, enter an email address in the "New Account" section and click "Create". Once you have updated your details, it will automatically be updated in our database. A password will be sent to you. This will be used every time you make online transactions.

How come I can’t create an account with my email address?

You might have previously purchased tickets via SISTIC and an account has already been created that’s tied to your email address. To retrieve your password and access your account, click "Retrieve Password", enter your email address and a new password will be sent to you via e-mail.

Why can't I change my e-mail address?

You must first log into your account, click on “Account” and enter your current and new password before clicking “Update Account” to save.

You must first log into your account, click on “Account” and choose “My Subscriptions”. Uncheck the subscription buttons and click “Update Account” to save.

If I use the Facebook login, will all my information on Facebook be kept secure?

Yes, your information is secure as Facebook manages the authentication during the Facebook login process. Following authentication, all data transmission between our server and Facebook will be processed through a secure channel, with all APIs provided by Facebook.

Will SISTIC post content on my behalf?

Your consent will be required before SISTIC is able to post any content on your Facebook wall.

What happens if I do not have an existing SISTIC account?

When you choose the Facebook login option, we will pre-populate your Facebook account details on our SISTIC patron registration form so you can complete the form easier. This way, your SISTIC account is tied to the same email address as that for your Facebook account and allows you to use your Facebook login on our site to process your ticket purchases.

What happens if I have an existing SISTIC account?

If you have an existing SISTIC account, created using the same email address as that for your Facebook account, you will be able to log in immediately and purchase tickets.

What happens if I have an existing SISTIC account but my email address is different from the one I used for Facebook?

Each individual email address is considered by the system to be a different user. You will need to set up a new SISTIC account with the email used for your Facebook account if you want to enjoy the convenience of logging in with Facebook account.

What happens if I forget my Facebook password after using the Facebook login feature?

If you are using the Facebook login feature, your password is the same one you use to log in to your Facebook account. You will need to retrieve your password from Facebook.

Why is the SISTIC website unable to retrieve my Facebook Profile?

The Facebook account registration process includes a verification step. You need to verify your email address with Facebook by clicking on the verification link sent after registering your account on Facebook. SISTIC can retrieve your user profile after the verification process is complete.
