Collection Modes

What supporting documents do I need to present to collect my tickets?

The cardholder is required to bring along:
  • - The Credit Card used for the purchase
  • - NRIC/Passport/FIN Card

For a proxy to collect on your behalf, he/she needs to present:
  1. This Letter of Authorization. (duly completed and signed by Credit Cardholder)
  2. Clear photocopy of Credit Cardholder's photo identification card such as NRIC/Passport/FIN Card.
  3. Clear photocopy of front copy Credit Card used for the purchase.
  4. Proxy's original photo identification card such as NRIC/Passport/FIN Card.

Important Note: SISTIC reserve the right not to release tickets if the above documents are not in order.

Upon collection of your tickets, you should also check to ensure that:
  • - Event title, date, time and price are correct
  • - Tickets are not tampered with, defaced or torn
  • - The terms and conditions printed on the back of the ticket

What are the various mode of collection/delivery methods?

Event Venue Collection Starting from one hour before show time, only on event day $1.50

Registered Mailing Within seven working days after booking $3. Waived if customer is paying by World & World Elite MasterCard over the website.
Courier Delivery time will be arranged $15
E-ticket Immediate Free
M-ticket Immediate $0.70

Collection from Authorised Agent (S$0.50)
Collect your ticket(s) from any of our authorized agents before proceeding for the event.

MasterCard payment – Collection from Authorised Agent (S$0.00)
Purchases made with MasterCard enjoy a waiver of the $0.50 pickup charge when you collect your tickets from any SISTIC Authorised Agent before proceeding for the event.

Event Venue Collection (S$1.50)
Collect your ticket(s) at the venue starting from one hour before the event time. Venue Collection is at $1.50 per event in one transaction.

Mail(S$1.50)
Mailing is available through Singpost for Singapore addresses and for events happening at least 7 days in advance. Mailing will take up to 7 working days. Please note that SISTIC is not liable for undelivered mail. Not applicable for General Admission events.

Registered Mail (S$3.00)
Registered Mail is available through Singpost for Singapore addresses and for events happening at least 7 days in advance. Unlike normal mail, registered mail service offers proof of delivery with tracking features. Registered Mailing will take up to 7 working days and is a Sign-For service that requires a signature on delivery. For more details or to track your registered mail, please refer to the link

Registered Mail - Payment by World & World Elite MasterCard (S$0.00)
Online Purchases made with World & World Elite MasterCard enjoy a waiver of the $3.00 registered mail charge. Registered Mail is available through Singpost and will take up to 7 working days. Registered Mailing is a Sign-For service that requires a signature on delivery.

Courier (S$15.00)
Courier is a door to door service available through a third party provider for Singapore addresses and for events happening at least 7 days in advance. SISTIC will be contacting you to arrange for delivery at your convenience once the tickets are ready. Courier delivery is a Sign-For service that requires a signature on delivery.

E-ticket (S$0.00)
An e-ticket (electronic ticket) is an electronic form of our ticket that is sent to you via email with your email confirmation. Each copy contains a unique barcode that can only be used by one person. E-ticket has to be printed and presented at the event venue for admission.

M-ticket (S$0.70)
M-Ticket is a new way to receive event tickets delivered directly to your mobile phone via short message service (SMS). The M-Ticket contains a barcode and accompanying booking details. On the event day, present the Mobile Ticket at the event venue for entry. Please note that data charges apply when you download the M-Ticket onto your phone.
